Buffet rule

  • WASHINGTON, April 16 (UPI) -- Democrats efforts to move the so-called Buffett Rule through the U.S. Senate failed to overcome a Republican filibuster in a procedural vote Monday. The cloture vote failed 51-45 along mostly partisan lines.
