Jacksonville jaguars

  • New Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan went Bud Adams on his front office regarding bringing a local hero quarterback back to his old grounds as a means to generate interest and perhaps wins in the process.
  • (YAHOO!)
  • I dont want to get into 20/20 hindsight, and God help us, the draft record has not been the best with the Jaguars, Khan added.

  • Jacksonville was touted as a likely spot for Tebow -- and for good reason if the goal was to sell seats to home games. But then there was the football side to this. Jaguars GM Gene Smith wasnt a Tebow fan when Tebow was available in the 2010 draft.

  • (AP)—Former New York Giants cornerback Aaron Ross has agreed to a three-year contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars, giving the team added depth in the secondary. Ross is in Jacksonville and is scheduled to sign his contract Wednesday.
  • (YAHOO!)
  • Tim Tebow is still a Bronco, but he might soon be a Jet. Or a Jaguar. Either way, hell probably be coming to Sun Life Stadium this fall. It wont be as the Dolphins starting quarterback, of course.

  • The New York Jets and Jacksonville Jaguars now are in discussions with the Denver Broncos about a potential trade for quarterback Tim Tebow, league sources told NFL Networks Michael Lombardi on Wednesday.

  • With a new coach and new ownership, Guy Whimper believes the Jacksonville Jaguars are heading down the right path. Two weeks ago, Whimper signed a two-year contract to remain with the Jaguars. The deal is reported to max out at $5 million over two seasons.

  • If there is a lightning rod that resonates with everyone in Jaguar Nation, it is the growing sentiment that Tim Tebow must be the savior of the team.

  • But in not landing Tebow for a reasonable price, the Jaguars will have to live with any and all criticism.

  • JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - The Jacksonville Jaguars finally got going in free agency.
