Jeremy lin

  • The New York Knicks (10-15) have proven, resoundingly, this season how devastating being bereft of a competent point guard can be to an offense.
  • (YAHOO!)
  • Hes been passed over in the NBA draft, cut by two teams in the same preseason and sent to the D-League. Now, hes the impetus for MVP chants at Madison Square Garden, a trending topic on Twitter and the latest toast of the Big Apple.

  • The Jeremy Lin world domination tour keeps on chugging along. Wednesday nights stop was in Washington, and the point guard decided to go aerial to help introduce fans to his ascending greatness.

  • NEW YORK - Mike DAntoni shook his fists in the air as Jeremy Lins clutch shot fell through the net. It wasnt just the basket that had DAntoni giddy. Its the feeling that hes found the point guard who can get his offense running.

  • The Knicks won back-to-back games for the first time since early January. But dont call it a winning streak -- its a Lin-ning Streak. Because, as improbable as it sounds, Jeremy Lins fingerprints were all over both victories.

  • Jeremy Lin made the starting lineup for the first time last night as the New York Knicks took on the Utah Jazz. Lin scored a career high 28 points during his first NBA start, and helped the Knicks take their second consecutive win.

  • Tebowmania? That was so 2011. Its time for a new cult-hero phenomenon: Linsanity. Tim Tebows ascent was improbable, but the Broncos quarterback was still a Heisman Trophy winner in college. Consider the resume of Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin.

  • The T-shirts all over Madison Square Garden said it all. On the front, the shirts simply read: The Jeremy Lin Show. On the back of those shirts, they appropriately said: We Believe.
  • (NBA)
  • He is a Harvard graduate playing in the National Basketball Association. He is an Asian-American in a league devoid of them, which makes him doubly anomalous. No team drafted Lin in 2010.
