Jeff fisher

  • Day Nine of The Jeff Fisher Watch came and went Thursday, with Fisher reportedly leaning slightly toward the Dolphins but apparently still not certain whether he will coach Miami or the St. Louis Rams.

  • MIAMI — It has been a sad lot of seasons since the Dolphins or St. Louis Rams have won a game as important as the one in which they are now competing. That is why both teams are shopping for a new coach in the first place.

  • When did Jeff Fisher become Bill Cowher? Fisher is a good head coach. The Miami Dolphins are going after him as if he were a great coach. He's not.

  • Hes greedy. Hes power-hungry. Hes holding St. Louis (and Miami) hostage. Whats taking so long with Jeff Fisher? Actually, its not taking that long, at least compared to other head coach searches since the Rams moved to St. Louis in 1995.
  • (St. Louis Post-Dispatch)
  • ST. LOUIS -- The St. Louis Rams interviewed Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski and Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Dennis Allen for their coaching vacancy while awaiting word from Jeff Fisher.
  • (ESPN)
  • In a span of two days, Jeff Fisher went from leaning toward one team to favoring another and now remains undecided. The Miami Dolphins and St. Louis Rams are still waiting on Fisher to decide where he will coach next season.
  • (Jupiter Courier)
  • Jeff Fisher might have looked like a lock to take the St. Louis Rams head-coaching job over the Dolphins offer. But two days after he finished his visit to St. Louis, neither team seemed to know which way he was leaning.
